COVID-19 Protocol

Our veterinary team cares about the health of our pet patients and pet parents. Our animal clinic will continue to provide excellent veterinary services and care during regular business hours throughout the COVID-19 changes. For the safety of our pet parents and our medical team, we request you remain outside of the building during pet clinic appointments and call (919) 951-7851.

PRESCRIPTION DIET & MEDICATION PICK UP: Please call our pet hospital in advance to request prescription diets and medications. Our veterinary staff will prepare your order, process payment, and arrange pick up outside our front door.

VET VALET SERVICE: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment and call to check-in. Our veterinary team will communicate by phone to discuss your pet’s needs and anticipated cost of care. We will come to your car to escort your pet into the veterinary hospital. A veterinary team member will call you to discuss medical care and process payment remotely and then escort your pet back to your car.

ALL PATIENTS MUST BE ON A LEASH OR IN A SECURE CARRIER FOR TRANSFER.

TELEMEDICINE SERVICE: Our veterinarians are available for Telemedicine appointments. To be eligible for this veterinary service your pet must have had a full physical examination within the last twelve months.
